Cancellation:
You may cancel your recurring subscription at anytime. Your cancellation will take effect immediately and there will not be any refund. To cancel your subscription please log into the members’ area and click on the cancel link. A pop up will ask you if you are sure, press OK and your subscription will not auto renew.

Refund Policy:
When the member requests the termination, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Should a refund be issued by Stock Advisor Group International Inc., all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. Stock Advisor Group International Inc. will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism. All sales are final.

Termination:
Stock Advisor Group International Inc. reserves the right to expel Users and prevent further access to the Stock Advisor Group International Inc. site or cancel membership in Stock Advisor Group International Inc. without refund, for violating this Agreement or the law, and to remove Users that are illegal, abusive or disruptive. This Web site is for your personal and non-commercial use.

This Agreement shall be governed in all respects under the laws of the Province of Ontario applicable to contracts made, accepted and performed wholly in Ontario, without application to principles of conflict of laws, and the Customer and the Company agree that the sole venue and jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be the appropriate federal or provincial court located in the province of Ontario.
Additionally, we will not sell, distribute or use email addresses from our subscribers.

Terms and Conditions:
Reproduction, duplication, or redistribution of this material in any form without prior written consent from Stock Advisor Group International Inc. is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for the use of your password. Membership with Stock Advisor Group International Inc. will continue until it is either discontinued by Stock Advisor Group International Inc., or an e-mail stating a request for cancellation is received. Unused time for the month in which you requested cancellation will not be refunded. You agree that excessive simultaneous account logins from different IP addresses will result in the termination of service. You agree not to give your account information to anyone. You agree that by yourself, or in conjunction with others not to compete with Stock Advisor Group International Inc., or have any interest in such business enterprise which shall be engaged in competition, as proprietor, partner, employee, shareholder, principal, agent, consultant, director, officer, or in any capacity or manner whatsoever, anywhere.
